All SNUGLEASH orders are packed and dispatched directly from our atelier in Foshan, China. We ship worldwide to most countries and regions.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
All orders are shipped with full tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local postal delays.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@snugleash.com and we will look into it.
We want you and your dog to be completely happy with your SNUGLEASH. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, chewing, or damage caused by the pet are not eligible for a refund.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method via PayPal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, please contact us with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
All payments are processed by PayPal. When you check out, your payment details are handled directly by PayPal under their own privacy policy and security standards. You can review PayPal's privacy policy at paypal.com/privacy.
